Pajama Boy Ethan Krupp Admits He's A"Liberal F-ck"
December 27, 2013 - (Language Advisory) - If you thought "Pajama Boy" Ethan Krupp was just another "liberal f-ck," you were were right. In fact, he proudly calls himself just that. It exploded on the Internet today that Krupp once described himself as "a liberal fuck" in one of his own blog posts. In the same post, he also admitted to using the tactics of Saul Alinsky. In fact, Krupp's definition of "liberal f-ck" is straight out of Alinsky's book "Rules for Radicals."
Krupp is the cocoa-sipping, flannel clad, unofficial face of Obamacare who gained notoriety by appearing in two horrid online promos and one absurd video that urged people to #GetTalking about healthcare. The propaganda pieces were made to encourage Americans to visit barackobama.com/health-care. Krupp has been dissected and ripped apart in the conservative blogosphere for about a week now, and many Leftists are not too happy that Krupp is now a permanently affixed meme of socialist healthcare.

Setting The Record Straight: The Washington Examiner Was NOT The First To Reveal Pajama Boy's Real Name

In a post on November 1, titled "Creepy: OFA encourages parents to have ‘the talk’ with their children this holiday," Twitchy.com published PajamaBoy's real name:
Now OFA is urging parents this holiday season to have “the talk” with their children — you know, the talk about buying health insurance from the Obamacare exchange....Is it just us, or does that kid (actually Ethan Krupp, OFA’s content writer) look young enough to still be covered under his parents’ plan? And will the video help families #GetTalking?
![]() |
Charlie Spiering |
That headline is misleading because it makes it seem as though the Washington Examiner was the first to reveal that Pajama Boy as Ethan Krupp. Was Charlie Spiering really unaware of previously published references to Ethan Krupp?
![]() |
Charlie Spiering probably likes hot cocoa, too. Click to enlarge |
As happens too often, other bloggers lazily reposted the Examiner piece without digging a little deeper. That spread the false impression that Krupp's name was not known until Dec. 19.
Could Saturday Night Live Have Saved Pajama Boy's Reputation? Maybe, But It's Too Late Now
Pajama Boy Ethan Krupp: Cocoa Puff |
"Pajama Boy"is a derogatory name that conservative pundits pinned on him. The actor's real name is Ethan Krupp, and he will forever be remembered as the dweeb in one-piece plaid pajamas, delicately clutching a cup of hot cocoa, in a piece produced by Organizing For America (OFA) for use by barackobama.com. There's a horrible video too (watch it below) in which Krupp portrays the same dweeby dude. His family is weirdly uncomfortable about having a frank discussion about getting health insurance.
Ethan Krupp is a 20-something grad of the Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison. An aspiring actor, Krupp's career now seems suddenly aborted by the severe trashing he's gotten over the past few days. It's probably safe to say that Krupp has been forever typecast in our collective memory as a smirking little a-hole who has no idea what real life is about and wants to lecture you about how to live your own.
The decision to let himself become the new face of Obamacare has probably destroyed his acting career. With his world seeming to crumble all around him, there might have been one thing that could have saved young Ethan's tattered reputation: An appearance on Saturday Night Live on the night of December 21. Any later date beyond that will be too late to resurrect him. Nothing else can undo what Krupp has done to himself, which is to retreat from public scrutiny, go silent and hide in the shadows.
An appearance on SNL is not as far-fetched as you might think. Krupp is a student at The Second City improv theater group, which in turn is well connected to Saturday Night Live. Krupp was a student at The Second City in Chicago when the video was made. The mother in the video is portrayed by Kimmie Companik-Warner, an associate faculty member of The Second City Training Center. One wonders if anybody at The Second City tried to arrange for SNL to invite Krupp onto the show.
The result might have allowed a nearly instant rehabilitation of Ethan Krupp. He would have shed the "Pajama Boy" stink and stuck it to all those mean conservative bully bloggers. He would have turned it around.
But Ethan Krupp is one of those guys who runs for cover the moment any criticism comes his way. He was an editor of the Madison Misnomer, a "humor" rag that had no problem with ripping other people apart. Now it's Krupp being publicly ridiculed, and he can't take the heat. Rather than ride his sudden notoriety and play it for laughs and do some self-promotion, the spineless fool has the last several days scrubbing the Internet of any traces of himself that he can access. He deleted or locked his accounts at YouTube, Google Plus, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and more after he was outed as Pajama Boy. How could he think that would preserve his image, and that the world would not notice that all of his online presence suddenly disappeared?
Think of it another way. Suppose some actor makes a debut in a major film, and his looks and performance are widely ridiculed in the media. In reaction, that actor deletes all of his social media accounts and refuses to answer the phone. He just... disappears. What would you think of that actor? Well, that's what Krupp did.
In light of his cowardice, it is not reasonable to expect that Ethan Krupp would have accepted an invitation to mock himself on Saturday Night Live. The folks at SNL are risk takers, after all, but they know a chicken-shit loser when they see one and are not willing to take that kind of risk. The last thing they want is a sniveling amateur like Krupp to freeze up on stage or do something to mess up the show, which is broadcast live.
Sure, he might have appeared on SNL if they had asked him. Sure, someone there might have talked him back to his senses - what few senses he had. Only a self-absorbed fool with no sense would not have foreseen the reaction to the Obamacare ad and video. For an aspiring improv actor, Krupp seems oddly out of touch with who he is and how guys like him are perceived. He's learning that now, the hard way.
"Well, if Krupp can’t achieve fame," wrote Jim Treacher at Daily Caller, "infamy is the next best thing." Sure, but Krupp has achieved world-class dork infamy, and that's never good.

Marathon Pundit's Deep Penetration
He went deep undercover: John Ruberry (a.k.a. "Marathon Pundit," a.k.a. "The Chameleon") penetrated deep into Organizing For America (OFA).
Would they let him in?
A few days later I received a Monday phone bank call (more on that later) from an enthusiastic volunteer from the Democratic Party of Evanston (DPOE) confirming my interest, and asking me if instead of attending the May 5 session I signed up for, would I be interested in attending a second meeting, one week later? It seems that response was so overwhelming, that this training session would have to be moved to larger quarters, in this case the Firehouse Grill on Chicago Avenue. Originally, the meeting was to be held at DPOE headquarters. I opted for my initial choice.
In conversations with John prior to his going undercover, we discussed how he could pass as a liberal progressive. I suggested that he not shave or bathe for a week and find a tie-dyed shirt at a local thrift shop. John didn't say whether he did that or not, but apparently he fooled the OFA goons, you betcha.
OFA may seem impressive, but they make mistakes. Such as letting me into this meeting.
John's account of the meeting is entertaining - and instructive. It is a must-read.
Would you would like to attend an OFA meeting? John says, "there's another Evanston training next Wednesday." That's May 12. "Tell ten friends," he suggests. And why not? The OFA certainly sends enough infiltrators to the Tea Parties. The more the merrier. I suggest you not bathe for about a week.
John recounted his penetration of OFA in "A 'teabagger' attends an Organizing for America training session," posted on May 7.
That's John in the photo, taken at the Rockford Tea Party Express event on April 6. He looks too normal to fit into an OFA meeting, I think, but he gave it a shot.
OFA is Comrade Obama's huge propanda machine and private army. John pretended to be a progressive liberal and attended one of their recent meeting just north of Chicago. From John's own account of the experience:
Three weeks ago I received an e-mail from Barack Obama's political arm, Organizing for America, inviting me to a Camp OFA training session in Evanston, Illinois, just a few miles from my home. I signed up, under my real name. I have an OFA online account.
Would they let him in?

How You Can Screw OFA's Health Care Final Push
Obama's political army, Organizing for America (OFA), will have a nationwide "final push" for Obamabots on Thursday, March 18 to "contact their Congressman/woman to support
final passage of the Health Care Reform Bill. 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, March 18th."
SO HERE'S MY SUGGESTION:
"Volunteer" to help them!
Go here: http://my.barackobama.com/page/content/ofasplashfm/
RSVP that you will show up to help make phone calls for them. Then . . . don't show up. Simple, right? It will screw up their expectations and cause them to buy too many boxes of donut holes. You'll have to give them your email address and zip code, but so what? That will put you on their email list, which I've been on for over a year and have found to be very entertaining. You can always unsubscribe, so there is no risk.
This is a nationwide event. Go to OFA's web site and enter your email and zip code to find a Final Push event near you.
In Chicago, the Final Push phone bank will go from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM on Thursday, March 18 at the OFA Downtown Office, 29 S. LaSalle Street, Suite 936. Your lovely host will be Robert Stephens, who can be reached at 773-348-7553.
I suppose you could stand around outside with signs and placards and hand out anti-Obamacare literature if you wanted to. It would be fun to have 100 people doing that.

Thanksgiving Burglary at 49th Ward Democratic Offices
White House Panicking Over Sarah Palin's Popularity
Dangerous OFA Townhall Healthcare Meeting
Exclusive: A healthcare "reform" rally on Chicago's north side today put more than 100 people in danger. (Exclusive video below.) The event, sponsored by Organizing for America (OFA) and attended by top local Democrats such as Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn, Cong. Jan Schakowsky, State Sen. Heather Steans and State Rep. Greg Harris, was held at the Holiday Club, a bar at 4000 N. Sheridan Road. The front bar of the Holiday Club has a legal fire code capacity of 87, but the room was so tightly packed that people could hardly shove past each other to gobble up the free cheese and chips.
That 87-person capacity is plainly posted over the bar as required by law, yet neither Holiday Club personnel nor OFA staff made any attempt to keep the crowd size within legal limits. (This is reminiscent of a rally held by 49th Ward Alderman Joe Moore in December, 2006. He bragged about have a "standing room only" crowd, a clear violation of fire code.)
Shoulder to shoulder inside the Holiday Club, it was difficult for people to move. Chicago News Bench heard a number of people in attendance express concern about the safety of the room. Finally, someone called 911 (yes, it was I) and let the authorities know about the over-capacity crowd size. A police officer arrived, took one look through the door, and called for a supervisor. When the officer's supervisor came (a sergeant), Holiday Club management and OFA staff were told that many of the people would have to leave. Governor Pat Quinn and Rep. Jan Schakowsky were among those who left the bar. (Also See: Exclusive Video: Schakowsky Denies Lesbian Affair.)

OFA's Astroturf Health Care Phone Banks
Oh, looky what Barack Obama - uh, I mean Organizing For America (OFA) - sent me. The same bastards - uh, I mean Democrats - who accuse opponents of government controlled, socialist healthcare of astroturfing continue to lay astroturf across the nation. Here's an email that I received on Monday, which talks about a "Health Care Phone Bank" in Chicago suburb Evanston. Of course, emails will be tailored to tout local phone banks depending on recipients' zip codes. Here's the letter from Barack OFAma. I mean Obama. Uh, I mean OFA. Same thing, really. Why bother with the phone banks, though? Now that thousands of ACORN thugs will not be doing Census work, perhaps Obama/OFA could pay each of them a living wage to pick up the phone and harangue people.
From: "Dave Seman, IL.BarackObama.com"

Tom --
With Congress back in session, we're now entering the final sprint towards reform, and we need to do everything we can to help pass the President's Plan for Health Reform.
So this week and next, Organizing for America volunteers are holding phone banks in Evanston to build local support and get out the facts about health insurance reform.
Will you sign up to join a Health Care Phone Bank?
We'll be holding phone banks in Evanston asking folks to support President Obama's Plan for Health Reform, and to make their voices heard in this debate.
No prior experience is necessary. Organizing for America volunteers will be on hand to provide all the materials and guidance you'll need to be successful.
As President Obama wrote recently, "We didn't win last year's election together at a committee hearing in D.C. We won it on the doorsteps and the phone lines, at the softball games and the town meetings, and in every part of this great country where people gather to talk about what matters most."
And that's exactly how we'll win this fight for real health reform.
RSVP here
Hope to see you there,
Dave

Watch Party Host Guide for Obama's Speech to Congress
Good Lord, not only do liberals want the government to run their health care, and just about every other aspect of their lives, they even need instructions on how to host a simple television viewing party. Organizing for America (OFA), the unofficial perpetual propaganda machine for Barack Obama, has issued the instructions for people who are hosting "Watch Parties" for the big speech to both houses of Congress tonight (7:00 p.m. CDT).
It is truly laughable. Think about it: You want to watch an event on TV. You want to have some friends and fellow zombies over to watch it with you. Simple, right? Not if you're a liberal, apparently, bent on forcing socialized health care on your neighbors. Apparently, turning on the television, putting out a bowl of chips and then discussing the event is so complicated for liberals that OFA felt the need to issue its "Watch Party Host Guide." (Available as PDF here.)
The Guide starts with this:
THANK YOU FOR SIGNING UP TO HOST A PRESIDENTIAL HEALTH CARE ADDRESS
WATCH PARTY. Hosting a watch party is simple and easy. But it’s a great way to be part of history and build our movement for change. After the President’s speech, join Organizing for America members and former Obama for America campaign manager David Plouffe for a special conversation on the next steps in this fight. Below are some tips that will help make your event a success:
There are tips for before, during and after the speech. As you read this, imagine how stupid someone would have to be to actually need these "tips," especially tips #1, #4 and #5.
Here are the "before" tips:
1. CHOOSE A LOCATION: This can be your living room, a community center, or anywhere people can gather and watch TV -- ideally with a speakerphone that you can use for the conference call after the speech.
2. REGISTER YOUR EVENT ON MY.BARACKOBAMA.COM: If you haven’t already, go to MY.BARACKOBAMA.COM/HostSept9 and enter your zip code to register your event.
3. REGISTER FOR THE POST-SPEECH CONFERENCE CALL with David Plouffe by entering your phone number at MY.BARACKOBAMA.COM/CallRSVP. Please register by 10 p.m. EST Tuesday night to ensure you reserve space on the call.
4. INVITE FRIENDS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO JOIN YOU: This watch party is a great opportunity to reach out to anyone you know who has questions about the President’s plans for reform.
5. SET UP YOUR SPACE: Make sure you have enough places for people to sit. Refreshments are not required, but some snacks and drinks are a nice plus.
Here are the "during" tips.
1. WELCOME your guests and ask them to sign in using the sign-in sheet on the next page.
2. ASK EVERYONE TO INTRODUCE THEMSELVES and invite them to share why health insurance reform is important to them.
3. WATCH the President’s address. The speech is scheduled to begin at 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time, but check your local TV listings for time and channel.
4. JOIN THE ORGANIZING FOR AMERICA CONFERENCE CALL: Shortly after the President finishes speaking, the Organizing for America conference call will begin. If you have registered for the conference call, be ready quickly! There is no number for you to dial; we’ll call you when the conference is starting. If your phone has a speakerphone feature, turn it on so your guests can listen in as well.
5. DISCUSS: After the call, ask guests to share their thoughts and reflections on the President’s address. Based on what you learned on the conference call, share ideas and discuss next steps in your community.
These people need to be told to "welcome" their guests? They need to be told to introduce their guests to each other? They need to be told to "watch the President's address?" (Isn't that the primary purpose of the "watch" party?) They need to be told to "discuss" the speech?
There is only one "after" tip:
LET US KNOW HOW IT WENT: Within 24 hours of the conclusion of your event, please go to MY.BARACKOBAMA.COM/WatchPartyFeedback to enter the information from your sign-in sheet and let us know how your watch party went. Your feedback is crucial to helping us build and improve.
OFA's Watch Party Host Guide is woefully incomplete. There are no "tips" for sharing the dope. Pipe? Hooka? Rolled? Can alcohol be served in addition to the drugs that many parties will feature? Nothing about vacuuming the carpet after the party. No advice about opening and closing the door to let guests in and out. It might be chilly in some parts of the country tonight, yet OFA gave no tip about putting on a sweater. OFA tells party hosts to introduce guests to each other, but says nothing about showing them were the toilet is. For those who will drive to a watch party, there are no instructions for getting into their car, starting the engine, pulling into traffic, then parking at the event. I predict disaster for many of the watch parties, and I blame it on the dangerously incomplete instructions from OFA.

Watching Obama's Health Care Watch Parties, Sept. 9

We all knew that already, of course, but Jeremy does tell us something we didn't know: OFA is astroturfing big time to get a bigger television audience for Obama's speech on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 7:00 p.m. (CDT).
In a mass email, OFA said it has "organized special watch parties that night for all Organizing for America supporters, their friends, neighbors, and families -- and a local volunteer has decided to host one in your area." The email that I received has a time stamp of Sept. 8, 9:27 p.m. (CDT).
OFA even provides a "Watch Party Host Guide," (available as PDF) which makes for some very funny reading. It could have been given the title "Basics of Hosting a Party for Idiots."
OFA's Host Guide offers sophisticated advice such as "SET UP YOUR SPACE: Make sure you have enough places for people to sit. Refreshments are not required, but some snacks
and drinks are a nice plus." If you haven't learned this aspect of throwing a party by the time you're finished with your freshmen year of college, then you have no business throwing a party.

More great advice: "WATCH the President’s address. The speech is scheduled to begin at 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time, but check your local TV listings for time and channel." Uh huh. The whole purpose of these "watch parties" is to watch the frikking address, yet OFA somehow felt it was necessary to include that in its instructions.
OFA's top dude is David Plouffe, formerly Obama's campaign manager and currently - in effect - still his campaign manager and perpetual propaganda perpetrator. Make no mistake about it: Obama's presidential campaign did not end when he won last November. Without skipping a beat, and with Plouffe's help, the campaign instantaneously switched its goal from winning in 2008 to a never ending, omnipresent campaign to win in 2012. Most politicians at least pretend to stop campaigning during the first half of a term in office. Not Obama, who won't be content with a full house in Congress listening to him. He wants ratings. He wants big ratings, in no small part because he is desperate to sway public opinion. So far, his only swaying has been negative.
After Obama's speech, notes Jeremy Bird, "everyone at these parties will be able to take part in an important conference call with former Obama for America campaign manager David Plouffe about the work we'll still need to do to help pass real reform this year."
Translation: Stand by for marching orders.
And who am I to stand in the way? Let's help OFA spread the word, shall we? You can find a watch party near you anywhere in the country by clicking over to the OFA web site at http://my.barackobama.com/WatchParties? Get ready for The Battle of August 31, when opposing forces converge at the Schakowsky healthcare townhall in Skokie, Illinois.
Organizing For America (OFA), a thinly veiled Obama operation, is working overtime to get as many pro-socialized healthcare supporters to the event as possible. I received a slick email today (click image to enlarge). This is massive, highly organized, well-funded "astroturfing," the very thing that Obama and Pelosi and Frank and the rest have wrongly assused us of doing. Hey, is Chicago News Bench any more than a gnat compared to OFA? We're organic. They are astroturf.

Strategy Meeting With the President (I'm invited!)
I received the following email on August 18. It's from David Plouffe, who was Barack Obama's campaign manager in the 2008 election. These days, Plouffe is shilling for Organizing for America (OFA). I prefer to call it "Organizing for American Liberals (OFAL)." Would somebody please tell Plouffe that the election is over? And am I the only one who is disgusted by the blatant and frequent requests for donations to a partisan political action group from the President of the United States? (The following is a reproduction; all emphasis is theirs, not mine.)
From: "David Plouffe, BarackObama.com"
Tom --
President Obama is holding a live strategy meeting on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time for all Organizing for America supporters. I hope you can join us, online or by phone.
The President will update us on the fight to pass real health insurance reform -- what's happening in D.C. and what's happening around the country. He'll lay out our strategy and message going forward and answer questions from supporters like you. And we'll unveil the next actions we'll organize together.
This is a critical time in this President's administration, and in the history of our country. I hope you can join us.
Here are the details:

The President wrote to us a few weeks ago to ask us to go the extra mile this month in the fight for health insurance reform. And so far, you've stepped up in a big way: Last week, an astounding 60,000 Organizing for America volunteers stopped by representatives' and senators' local offices. You told your health care stories to staffers and members of Congress -- of losing insurance after getting laid off, of being denied coverage upon finding out about a serious illness. And you thanked those supporting real health insurance reform for all the work they've done so far.
But these local office visits were only part of the story. The D.C. media has been trumpeting coverage of town halls disrupted by angry opposition to reform. But the reality on the ground is very different. Organizing for America supporters are showing up in huge numbers at these meetings all across the country -- outnumbering opponents of reform, often by overwhelming margins.
You've organized 11,906 local events in all 50 states -- from press conferences to community discussions -- since we launched our big campaign for reform in June. And you've made hundreds of thousands of calls to Congress.
Your work so far has been incredible. But the special interests and partisan attack groups who oppose reform will not let up, and they will tell whatever lies they can to spread fear. There's a lot more work for all of us to do. This Thursday's meeting is our chance to huddle as a team, get the latest information and talk about how we're going to achieve this victory. You don't want to miss it.
