Chicago Aldermen As Nazis, #3 In Series

Why would we do something as sophomoric as make Chicago aldermen look like Nazis? Click image to enlarge it. Because, mainly, these sophomoric assdips called everybody who supports Arizona's SB 1070 immigration law "Nazis," or remained silent while other did so during the debate of the Chicago City Council's resolution to condemn that state for having the gaul to enforce existing federal laws. I also do it because I enjoy shoving Alinsky tactics up their Marxist arses. It's always fun to watch Democrats such as these fly into hissy fits when the kind of mockery that their camp has heaped on the Right for decades is heaped right back on them. "Fear no art," they say, but hypocrites fear this, and this is art whether you fear it or not. As Saul Alinsky wrote in his Rules For Radicals, "Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon." I say fight ridicule with ridicule. The resolution was sponsored by four Latino aldermen: George Cardenas (12th Ward), Ariel Reboyras (30th), Ray Suarez (31st) and Ricardo Munoz (22nd). Although the Arizona law applies equally to any illegal alien no matter what their race, enthnicity or national origin, these little hitlers did their Democrat best to make it a race issue. All four said that SB 1070 was an attack on Latinos (in fact, it's not an "attack" on any ethnic group but, instead, a strong response to people who have violated U.S. federal laws). The most aggregious insult to Arizona came from Danny Solis, 25th Ward, who acted as the loudmouthed pitbull for the four sponsors, making the Nazi comparison for them. The Sun-Times reported that "They likened the Arizona law to the progressive denial of civil liberties that preceded Adolf Hitler’s 'final solution': the extermination of six million Jews in concentration camps." They may not have used the word "Nazi," but it's hard to miss the direct comparison there. Like Ald. Solis (right), the four sponsors either did not read Arizona's SB1070 or chose to deliberately lie about it - or both. Chicago Aldermen As Nazis, #2 In Series

"In the early stages of Nazi Germany, there was a law that identified particular groups of people. This law has identified a particular group of people. This law is evil.” ~ Chicago Alderman Danny Solis, 25th Ward, June 9, 2010. The "evil" law that Solis referred to: Arizona's SB1070 immigration law. Solis is apparently unaware that Chicago's handgun ban is infinitely more akin to the "early stages of Nazi Germany" than Arizona's SB1070. In fact, SB1070 only directs Arizona law enforcement to make use of existing federal laws that are not currently being enforced by the federal government. While Solis and his cohorts on the City Council dare to call those of us who want to see our border actually be a border, and to eject trespassers, he and his fellow liberals in Chicago's city government violate our constitutional right to possess handguns - in a very Nazi-like way. There are some who falsely believe that Hitler did not ban handguns because, they say, such a ban was already in place before Hitler's rose to power. That's not exactly true, for it ignores the Third Reich's 1938 German Weapons Act. In the 'Reichsgesetzblatt' issue for the week of March 21, 1938, was the official text of the Weapons Law (March 18, 1938). It gave Hitler's Nazi party a stranglehold on the Germans, many of whom did not support the Nazis. We found that the Nazis did not invent "gun control" in Germany. The Nazis inherited gun control and then perfected it: they invented handgun control. Source: Jews For the Preservation of Firearms The 1938 German Weapons Act, the precursor of the current weapons law, superseded the 1928 law. As under the 1928 law, citizens were required to have a permit to carry a firearm and a separate permit to acquire a firearm. Furthermore, the law restricted ownership of firearms to "...persons whose trustworthiness is not in question and who can show a need for a gun permit," says servinghistory.com. "Gun restriction laws applied only to handguns, not to long guns or ammunition. Writes Prof. Bernard Harcourt of the University of Chicago, 'The 1938 revisions completely deregulated the acquisition and transfer of rifles and shotguns, as well as ammunition'." Hitler once said, "The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms. History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing." (From Hitler's Secret Conversations; Norman Cameron and R. H. Stevenstrans., 1961) Source: Stephen P. Halbrook, Ph.D. Hitler signed the 1938 German Weapons Act. The Gestapo enforced it. Today, American liberals, "progressives" and Democrats enforce very similar laws in this country. Also See: Chicago City Aldermen As Nazis, #1 and Chicago Aldermen As Nazis, #3 In Series

How California Penal Code Deals With Immigration

Barack Obama, Eric Holder and most other Democrats criticized Arizona's recently passed immigration law (SB1070) even before they read it (have they read it yet?). That didn't stop them, and other morons such as Chicago aldermen, from calling supporters of SB1070 Nazis and demanding a boycott of Arizona. But... Have they read Section 833-851.90 of the California Penal Code? They might want to call for a boycott of California and calling residents of that state Nazis, too. 834b. (a) Every law enforcement agency in California shall fully cooperate with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding any person who is arrested if he or she is suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws. (b) With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws, every law enforcement agency shall do the following: (1) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time or as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of immigration laws. The verification process may include, but shall not be limited to, questioning the person regarding his or her date and place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding documentation to indicate his or her legal status. (2) Notify the person of his or her apparent status as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws and inform him or her that, apart from any criminal justice proceedings, he or she must either obtain legal status or leave the United States. (3) Notify the Attorney General of California and the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service of the apparent illegal status and provide any additional information that may be requested by any other public entity. (c) Any legislative, administrative, or other action by a city, county, or other legally authorized local governmental entity with jurisdictional boundaries, or by a law enforcement agency, to prevent or limit the cooperation required by subdivision (a) is expressly prohibited.

Full Text of Arizona's SB1070 Immigration Law

As a service to Mexican President Felipe Calderon, Comrade Barack Hussein Obama, US Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, that idiot Napolitano woman, and Democrats everywhere, here's the full text of Arizona's controversial and misunderstood immigration law: http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/49leg/2r/bills/sb1070s.pdf Now, read it before you go mouthing off about it. Then, compare it to the draconian immigration laws of Mexico: http://www.oas.org/Juridico/MLA/en/mex/en_mex-int-text-const.pdf RELATED: Mexico's Glass House: How the Mexican constitution treats foreign residents, workers and naturalized citizens by J. Arizona Sing-A-Long: Read Immigration Law!

This video is hysterical. It mocks the idiots in the Obama Regime for criticizing the recently passed Arizona immigration law (SB1070) even though they did not read the 10-page bill. Arizona's Governor Jan Brewer approved this video. According to SecureTheBorderAZ: "Governor Jan Brewer took President Obama to task for making Arizona's unsecured borders and illegal immigration crisis a laughing matter. However, since then, Washington's comedy of errors has grown far worse, with top cabinet officials admitting that they havent even read Arizonas new immigration law. Broken borders are not a laughing matter, but the failure by Obamas trusted officials to read Arizonas law before commenting and condemning it is laughable. Read the law for yourself at: www.SecuretheBorder.org."

CNN's Jack Cafferty Scolds Obama for Stand on Arizona Immigration Law

Hot Video: Wow, I don't often agree with Jack Cafferty, but he hit the nail on the head with this op-ed. Speaking on CNN's "Situation Room" recently, Cafferty lambasted Obama and Democrats in Congress for their hypocritical criticism of Arizona's recently passed tough immigration law. Said Cafferty, "Washington's position on illegal immigration is patently dishonest from the top down. No enforcement, no border security, just pandering to Hispanic voters and the corporations that hire the illegals." He went on to say that when Arizona, a state "being ravaged by the presence of 460,000 illegal aliens inside its borders does something about it, the President says that's misguided. What a shame."  Cafferty chastised Obama by saying, "What's misguided, Mr. President, is the Federal Government's ongoing refusal to enforce the laws that are already on the books. Read the Arizona law. Parts of it are word-for-word the same as the federal statutes, which continue to be all but ignored."

Raul Grijalva, The Cowardly Arizona Congressman (Video)

He just couldn't answer a straightforward question. Instead, this cowardly Democrat just walked away without a word.

Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) was asked if he was "committed to sealing the border against the influx of illegal drugs."  He muttered, "I..." and then walked away. It was as though all of the mush in the Democrat's brain froze solid, instantaneously. CNSNews.com has the video, and reports that Grijalva eventually stopped, turned back toward the young interviewer and shouted that the question was "punkish."

Here's what's really "punkish." Grijalva was elected to represent everyone in Arizona's 7th District. He is blatanly concerned, however, with the welfare of only some of his constituents - and it's entirely race based. Grijalva was one of the first to call for a - get this - boycott of Arizona, his home state. He (and other Democrats and similar fools) have no problem in punishing many of the good people of Arizona in order to protest a law that they do not like. Grijalva seems not to have taken into account these facts: A boycott of Arizona will hurt everyone in that state, directly or indirectly, regardless of their race, ethnicity, legal status, height or soda pop preference. Rather than try to mitigate harmful effects on his own state and district, this pig of a man wants his own state to suffer. He has said so himself, and in fact he is leading the calls for a boycott.

"The one-time community organizer didn't really care that Arizona has an 8% unemployment rate or that boycotting conventions would force more people onto the dole," says an editorial at Investor's Business Daily. "Using the signature Alinskyite tactics of the community organizer he once was, the law had to be fought at "a political, legal and economic level," he said. Aside from a boycott, he also wants the federal government to stop cooperating with Arizona, a move he says "would render much of this legislation moot and ineffective."

Grijalva "represents" Arizona's 7th Congressional District. That includes Tucson, the "urban center" of the district.  "The southern boundary of District 7 coincides with 300 miles of the US/Mexico border. Only Texas’ 23rd district has a longer stretch of the southern border," according to Grijalva's website.

Like most Democrats, Grijalva seems to be obsessed with race. His website notes that "The population within the district is predominantly working-class families, from a variety of ethnic and racial backgrounds. The majority of Tucson’s Hispanic, urban Native American and African-American residents live in the 7th congressional district." Grijalva doesn't bother to tell us about any other ethnic groups, however.

Grijalva notes that "District 7 is also home to 7 sovereign nations: the Ak-Chin, Cocopah, Colorado River Indian Tribes, Gila River, Pascua Yaqui, Quechan, and Tohono O'odham," but what about people of Asian or European decent? Nothing. Apparently, the "variety" that Grijalva refers to is not so varied. No Chinese, German, Swedish, Japanese, French, Vietnamese, Polynesian, Pakistani, or ... well, you get the idea, and you probably find it hard to believe that the only folks living in Arizona's District 7 are Native Americans, African Americans and Hispanics. That's the mindset of Grijalva, however, who walks through life with racist blinders on.

"Grijalva's stance mirrors the party line of the radical left," Investor's Business Daily says. "And it is they who still command his loyalties, not the Arizona voters he's sworn to serve."

Perhaps you've heard this before, but this item from The Pilot bears repeating: "Arizona has something approaching 500,000 illegal aliens in the state — nobody knows for sure. It is the main highway for drug traffic from Mexico, as well as the primary corridor for illegals to enter the United States. Phoenix is known as the kidnapping capital of the country, as drug lords decimate each other’s families. Lots of peaceful citizens are, at the low end, harassed, and, at the high end, killed, by all this activity. Hospitals and schools are overwhelmed with people they cannot afford to treat and educate."

Those are the inconvenient facts that the Alinskyite Democrats do not want to deal with. They prefer to walk away from them, as Rep. Grijalva did in so cowardly a fashion.
