They might want to read this report in Oak Lawn Patch today: A man driving a black truck removed his clothes and pleasured himself while driving down 95th Street, an Oak Lawn police report said. Police responded to an “indecent exposure” call around 4 a.m. Jan. 9. A woman phoned police and reported a white male stripping off his clothes and flashing her.
