UPDATED from Crain's Chicago Business (updated from earlier story, SUN-TIMES AXES NEWS-STAR, BOOSTER, SKYLINE) Sun-Times sells Skyline, Booster and News-Star papers (Crain’s) — Sun-Times Media Group has sold three of its Skyline Newspapers to Wednesday Journal Inc., according to news reports. The Oak Park-based Wednesday Journal Inc. reported on its Web site that it will purchase the Skyline, Booster and News-Star neighborhood weekly publications from the Sun-Times in a tentative purchase deal.
