Wow, I was just telling somebody about this the other day and they thought I was crazy. It's a simple device for making an ice cream float. Now, I'm going back over 40 years with this, so the 20-something person I told this to had never seen one of these.It seems there are a bunch of kids working at strangenewproducts.com who have not heard of this until recently, even though it's been around for at least 40 years. How amusing.
