Video Flashback: Super Bowl Joe Moore

The Chicago Bears are not going to the Super Bowl this season. But take heart, denizens of east Rogers Park. We still have Joe Moore, Alderman Extraordinaire. During the last Super Bowl, Mr. Moore was chauffeured from bar to bar in his beloved 49th Ward, lackeys in tow. He distributed cheap trinkets and bought copious amounts of booze for already drunk bar patrons, and pretended to be a guy's guy out wishing the Bears a good game.
