CTA: Decades of Rot

Looks like somebody at the Chicago Tribune reads the blogs. We've been nagging about the CTA's rotting infrastructure for months, and have posted photos of the crumbling CTA bridges and overpasses. Other bloggers, of course, have also complained loudly. Where have the mainstream media been?
