Leer on the Pier

The Bench brought you photos on Monday of the mysterious blue tent on the Pratt pier in Loyola Park. Here in Rogers Park, we get very worked up about stuff like this. It provides comic relief from Unserer Vatter Joe Moore's dictatorial oppression. By the way, in spite of a call from CPD to Streets and Sanitation to clear the mess off the pier, it is still there as of 9:00 a.m. this morning. This shows what low priority the City of Chicago gives the 49th Ward.
