The Dining Diva

Had to share this with you... just came across a great little blog that reviews restaurants in Chicago. Called "312 Dining Diva," it's entertaining and informative. Check it out before you plan your next fine dining experience. Audarshia is the blogger, and she's sharp. Her credits include writing for the Chicago Tribune, Essence, UR Chicago, Chicago Preferred and Playboy.com.

Grill Inn Comin'

Morse Avenue will get a new Greek-style cafe in mid-to-late August. The new restaurant will be called the "Grill Inn" and will serve gyros, souflaki, grilled chicken and a variety of Greek-style items. Grill Inn is located near Morse Fruit and Vegetables, between Greenview and Glenwood.

I begged Nick, the manager, to include dolmades on his menu. He smiled and said maybe. My fingers are crossed.

"Was DevCorp much help to you?" I asked.

Nick and owner Nick (yes, two Nicks) snickered.

"No," they said.
