This is funny, but oh so politically incorrect. Patrik Jonsson writes about a song titled "Pants on the Ground" by Larry Platt. "American Idol contestant ‘General’ Larry Platt’s song mocking contemporary street fashion has inspired many YouTubed versions, from rap to easy listening." Jonsson notes that Platt's song has inspired a lot of people to record their own covers of it, and he lists a few in his article at CSMonitor.com.
