WHO IS CUSTOMER NO. 10?

NY Governor Spitzer was "Customer No. 9" but reports now say that "Customer No. 10" is a Chicagoan. Who is it? Rumors abound, and many speculate that 49th Ward Alderman Joe Moore could be Number 10. He's been out of town a lot in recent months, "campaigning," and ignoring local business. So we ask Mr. Moore: "Are you Customer No. 10"? We have a right to know.
