Like, you know, the Red Eye. What a piece of crap that is. Read an issue and you lose several IQ points. The Reader has sucked for over 20 years. Now, the Sun-Times and it's sibling News-Star are about to lose many of their employees; insiders are saying the News-Star and other STNG and Pioneer Press pubs may become extinct after January 1, 2008. The Chicago Tribune is not immune, either. New owner Zell may well lay off dozens, even hundreds.
