On Friday, June 22, Chicago voters will witness a potentially historic decision when a judge rules on the first fully contested and investigated Chicago aldermanic election. Americans are all too familiar with polling place problems, both intended and unintended. Many still believe fraud and flaws in our 2000 and 2004 presidential elections gave victory to the wrong candidate.
