This is a weird case. It could have far reaching consequences, and get a lot more people in trouble. The FBI is charging a 24 year-old Chicago man with piracy for uploading four episodes of the TV series "24" to the Internet. Jorge Romero allegedly uploaded the episodes to LiveDigital.com, a video-sharing site, before the episodes aired on TV. He's facing three years in prison, if convicted. Although it's rather black and white on its face, there are some tantalizing details that have already emerged. For starters, Romero apparently did not release the episodes to the Internet in the first place, rather, he is accused of finding them online and re-posting them for others to watch.
