China Still Primitive

Bloggers in China have achieved a victory of sorts. Seems the Chinese, who are aiming to put a man on the moon in the near future, haven't yet mastered the internet. Efforts to control it were called off due lack of technical ability to do so. The Chinese government, which spent months mulling over ways to crack down on bloggers, is retreating from its campaign, a development that illustrates the difficulty China faces as it tries to control technology.
