Children of Roswell?

Okay, play some eerie space music and then read the letter below. A reader - whom I have come to think of as a friend - wrote the letter below. I will protect his identity by keeping him anonymous, which is a free service I offer to all readers who request it. Got that eerie music on? Good, now read the letter. 

Tom, With all of the UFO chatter recently, I thought the following may be appropriate and timely. I did not check the actual birthdays, so I can't vouch it's accuracy. Many will recall that on July 8, 1947, witnesses claimed that an unidentified flying object with five aliens aboard crashed onto a sheep and cattle ranch just outside Roswell, New Mexico.This is a well-known incident that many say has long been covered up by theU.S. Air Force and the federal government." However, you may NOT know that in the month of March 1948, nine months later, Albert Gore, Jr., Hillary Rodham, John F. Kerry, William Jefferson Clinton, Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, Charles E. Schumer, and Barbara Boxer were born. 

I did a little checking. Sadly, there seems to be no connection to Roswell. Here's what I found:

• Howard Dean: November 17, 1948

• Charles Schumer: November 23, 1950 
• Barbara Boxer: November 11, 1940
