He was speaking on the phone with the Mike In The Morning show on WRIF radio, in Detroit, in November, 2008 after Obama was elected to the office of President of the United States. Mr. Ogego was happy about his nation's plans to build a memorial at the site of Obama's birth in Kenya. The US Constitution, by the way, requires that presidents be born in the United States.
