Homeless Man Burns, Only 23 Left

Mayor Daley said recently and laughably that there are only 24 homeless people living in Chicago's downtown. With the death of one homeless person, that would leave 23, right? Plymouth Court about 4 a.m. Saturday, according to Fire Media Affairs Director Larry Langford. Crews arrived to the scene to find a person on fire, Langford said.
