Wilson Yard Evolution, A Photo Essay
A photo essay of the development of Wilson Yard in Uptown, Chicago. The development has a mix of residential apartments and commercial space anchored by a new Target store. Located at W. Montrose and N. Broadway, many in the neighborhood said the development would not be completed even after the ground was broken and the structure was being built. It is called "Wilson Yard" because it was formerly a rail yard for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), and is located a block south of the Wilson CTA train station.
