Will NY Gov. Paterson Resign on Feb. 8?

February 7, 2010 - The Democrats sure have problems this year. First, Scott Brown took Kennedy's old seat in Massachusetts. Then, Scott Lee Cohen embarrassed the Illinois Democrats (he quit the Quinn ticket tonight), but now insiders are buzzing that New York's governor, David Paterson, may resign on Monday, Feb. 8, thanks to pressure from the Democrat Party, partly because of an extramarital affair: 7:32 PM EST, 2/7/10 - BUSINESS INSIDER UPDATE: The governor's office completely denies any plans to resign and says "the Times story" will not run tomorrow.
