More Ayers - Obama Bombshells

On Monday night of this week, we learned from blogger Anne Leary that William Ayers said that he is actually the author of Barack Obama's book "Dreams From My Father." 

It should be remembered that Leary is not accusing Ayers of writing the book. Rather, Ayers insisted to her that he wrote it. Don't shoot the messenger for reporting what a nutjob lunatic treasonous unrepentant bomber said about his pal, the President of the United States. 

Throughout the long presidential campaign, Obama's handlers downplayed his relationship with Ayers. Obama's campaign staff insisted, as did Obama himself, that Ayers was nothing more than a casual acquaintance who happened to live in the same neighborhood. This was a lie of enormous proportions, as we'll see below. 

 

As we suspected on the Right, this was just another of Obama's long string of lies. We have also learned, recently, that Obama's relationship with the Ayers family goes back as far as the mid-1980s, thanks to a report from Stephen Diamond at King Harvest. Diamond starts that report with this (emphasis added): Barack Obama visited the house of Tom and Mary Ayers, parents of former Weather Underground activist turned education professor Bill Ayers, in the mid-1980s to thank the Ayers’ for their support of his education, according to Allen Hulton, the letter carrier who delivered mail to the Ayers’ Glen Ellyn home at that time. Glen Ellyn is a suburb of Chicago, southwest of the city.

In a separate post, Diamond writes about the Ayers authorship of "Dreams..." (emphasis added): 

The latest revelation is a report by Christopher Andersen in his new biography of the Obamas that Ayers ghost wrote Obama’s memoir Dreams from My Father. Obama was under pressure to complete the book having had one contract cancelled with a previous publisher. Andersen says it was actually Michelle Obama who suggested Obama ask their “friend and Hyde Park neighbor” Ayers for help. Ayers was already a published author and would also be acknowledged by another Hyde Park resident, Rashid Khalidi, with help on a book. 

Combine all of this with the unexpected admission straight from the mouth of William Ayers himself to Anne Leary that he wrote the Obama book and there is but one conclusion to draw: Barack Obama has been lying about his relationship with Terrorist Ayers for years.
