Chicago Police Search for Missing Down's Syndrome Boy

11:30 AM, July 9 - Police and neighbors are now looking for a missing Hispanic boy who has Down's syndrome. He was reported missing from his home in the 4700 block of N. Malden in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood. The boy is described as "small for his age" with "long straight hair." This is from police scanner chatter, 23rd District.
