Obama Birth Certificate Update
We still have not been shown the original Barack Hussein Obama birth certificate. Let's catch up with some recent developments in the case of Obama's birth certificate. Millions of people still wonder what the truth is. Citizen Wells posted this on April 20: “A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be “monetary sanctions” against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn’t qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution’s demand for a “natural born” citizen in that post.” We do know that a Kenyan diplomat said on a radio show that Obama was born in Kenya. We know he said it. Did he misspeak? I don't know, but there's also this, courtesy of Citizen Wells: Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan and Southern India in 1981.... Therefore, it is believed Obama traveled on his Indonesian passport entering the Countries.... If Obama would have been a U.S. citizen, which he was not, 8 USC §1481(a)(2) provides loss of nationality by native born citizens upon “taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state…after having attained the age of eighteen years”, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §1401(a)(1). Since Lolo Soetoro legally acknowledged Obama as his son and/or adopted Obama, Obama was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, as proven by Obama’s school record.” Confused? Me too. One thing is for certain, however: If Barack Hussein Obama would show the world his real, original birth certificate, stories like the above would dwindle. Meanwhile, Obama investigator Andy Martin will begin his latest foray into the murky world of Barack Obama. He'll begin filming an investigation of Obama’s early years in Honolulu on May 9, 2009. Pre-production has already begun for the Internet-only video. Martin has made news last year when he challenged the Hawaiian "birth certificate" of Obama. To add to the confusion, The Israeli Insider reported the following in July, 2008 (emphasis added): Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of palpably fake Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same Daily Kos blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears. The evidence of manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the diligent detective work of independent investigative journalists in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate The Daily Kos, a "progressive" blog site, and the Obama campaign's "Fight the Smears" website, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance. Moreover, the blog and the campaign have been negligent in allowing the promotion of obviously fake official documents together with the purported image of Obama's birth certificate. The bottom line is that there are a lot of rumors flying around. 100 days into his presidency, Obama has yet to offer satisfactory proof that any of the rumors are false. It would be nice of him to extend to us the courtesy of letting us know whether or not he is legally eligible to hold the office of President of the United States. Perhaps we'll find out before he's fully implemented his socialist dictatorship.
