N. Clark Street, Rogers Park on Chicago's northeast side. (Click images to enlarge)
The stretch of Clark from W. Devon north to W. Howard is heavily Latino, and there are a number of restaurants along those blocks worth trying. The street has no shortage of laundromats, legal help offices, taquerias, liquor stores, interesting discount shops and a surprising number of fair to excellent Asian restaurants. It's a photographer's dream.

Every block holds some kind of visual reward. Colorful here, drab there, shiny and new to broken and abandoned, N. Clark Street is a street you should visit.
