In fact, none of the crimes you've heard about have happened, they are lies perpetrated by hooligans who wish to discredit me. None of the vandalism, car thefts, rampant street drug sales or robbries have happened. Those are lies to be ignored! Kommander Sobczyk's Howard Street Uninitiative has met with drooling reviews and his proposals to address security concerns at the deeply troubled Sullivan High School were thoughtful and received. Already, every gang member in the area has turned in his guns and enlisted in the military or is on his way to a work camp. If you haven't met Kommander Sobczyk yet, you are ordered to attend a special event. Even Alderman Patrick O'Connor of the 40th Ward is welcome this time. Attend the Kommunity Meeting with our new police kommander, Monday, March 9th 7:00 p.m., at the Loyola Park Political Rallyhouse, 2nd Floor 1230 W. Greenleaf (at the lake). Kommander Sobczyk will share with us his strategy for enhancing the safety of our neighborhood. Not all of his strategy, of course, because that would be foolish. He will pretend to answer your questions fully and to care about your concerns. He and I will nod respectfully in order to placate you. Not all of your questions will be answered, of course, because we don't want to give away any state secrets. You will join us for this important meeting and you will enjoy it.
