Peraica Resolution Getting Attention

Yesterday, Tony Peraica introduced a resolution to put the Cook County check register online. Sounds like a good idea, and it's already getting widespread attention in the media (see Peraica’s Transparency Resolution Attracting Attention). According to Peraica, "This simple move will bring full transparency to Cook County's budget, which is bloated and full of waste, fraud and abuse."
