Tomorrow he goes back to Washington, where he will probably be scolded and questioned by Illinois' senior U.S. Senator, Dick Durbin. Despite loud calls to resign from fellow Democrats, fellow Senators, U.S. Representatives, newspaper editors and others, he's hanging in.
