harasses merchants who disagree with her. Now, a new web site called "
HelensMoney.com" describes itself as
"a group of Uptown residents who are tired of Helen Shiller’s Chicago style pay-to-play politics."
"Pay-to-play?" You mean, that happens in Chicago? Well, of course it does, and we mean "of course" literally. Pay-to-play is a matter of course and a typical method of operation for Chicago politicians, as the whole world is finally learning by way of the Rezko-Obama-Blagojevich-And Others scandals.
