"I am disappointed and sobered..." by the arrest of Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich.
Obama then spoke about jobs creation, energy dependence, saving the planet.
At 2:23, Obama ended the conference, but the reporters immediately yelled out questions about today's arrest of
fellow Illinois Democrat, Governor Blagojevich. Obama stopped and said:
"I have had no contact with the governor or his office, so I was unaware of what was happening." (Watch the video)
Look at the photo above. Does that look like "no contact with the governor" to you? Are we
really expected to believe that the former Illinois State Senator and US Senator from Illinois has "had no contact with the governor or his office?"
