Here's your morning water cooler conversation starter: The Chicago Tribune reported that John Wyma, whom the newspaper describes as "one of the governor's closest confidants and former aides," helped with an investigation that led to tapings of Blagojevich and others. Wyma was Blagojevich's chief of staff when the governor was representing the Illinois' 5th District in Congress.
