MOSCOW, November 27 (RIA Novosti) - An Islamist group has claimed responsibility for the murder of the mayor of Vladikavkaz in south Russia, a website believed to have links to Chechen militants said Thursday."Vitaly Karayev, this enemy of Allah, was eliminated near his home when he was on his way to the city hall," the Kataib al-Khoul group said in a statement posted on the kavkazcenter site.
