Death in Lakeview, Chicago. Police say a murder that occurred [October 15, 2008] at a popular Lake View restaurant was "not a random act of violence." According to an e-mail from Chicago Police Lt. John E. Willner of the 19th District, "at this point in the investigation, it is the belief of the detectives assigned that this incident was not a random act of violence, nor the location was randomly selected."
