Morse Avenue Rip Up

Morse Avenue is getting ripped up today. Well, part of it anyway, a very small part of it at the intersection of N. Greenview and W. Morse. Is it the long-overdue, long-promised Streetscape? Nope. The Bench is assured by the men working on the asphalt that only the intersection will be worked on. Old asphalt is being ripped up and the intersection will be repaved. No Streetscape.
