Economy Proves Dems' Lies
The US economy is, well, good overall. The Democrats have spent a lot of time this week trying to convince us that we're in some kind of Great Depression Redux, when the facts just don't bear that out.
Today's news:
Stocks rallied on Thursday after data showed that the US economy grew much faster in the second quarter than first reported, boosted by a strong increase in international trade.
Economists had predicted gross domestic product growth for the second quarter of 2.7 per cent in the world’s largest economy, up from the government’s estimate of 1.9 per cent reported in July.
