Park District CEO Contradicts Joe Moore

Tim Mitchell, General Superintendent and CEO of the Chicago Park District has shown 49th Ward Alderdungheap Joe Moore to be a lying liar - on two separate occassions. Now, we're not saying that it was Mr. Mitchell's intention to do this, and he certainly didn't actually say it.
