Work seems to be proceeding quickly at Wilson Yard (photos below taken 7/24/08) in Chicago's
Uptown neighborhood on the north side.
After years of delays and broken promises, the TIF project is chugging along. It will have a residential and retail mix, including over 25,000 square feet of retail space on N. Broadway.
