It's Dick Durbin's deathbed conversion. How long have you been in the Senate Dick? And only now you want to drill for oil in the US? Now that we're croaking on high gas prices, having to import 70% of our oil because you Democrats 
have been blocking drilling in major fields for 30 years!!!
