Daley is upset because groups already have indicated his city, which has a handgun ban similar to Washington D.C., will face a lawsuit in the wake of the decision by the Supremes. Indeed. The ruling also threatens to pull down a major pillar of the Daley Administration: His unconstitutional denial of our Second Amendment right to own a handgun in the City of Chicago.
