What else can you say about a committee that should meet monthly but has not met for nearly half a year except that it has been disbanded. Or put out to pasture, or something to that effect. So no, Hugh's excellent post was not a joke. It is, in effect, true. Furthermore, until such time that ZALUAC reconvenes and resumes it "regular" schedule of meeting, we must assume that it is exists in name only, and not in practice.
