The Morse Theatre gut rehab is moving right along. This major project, it is hoped, will help to revitalize Morse Avenue in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood.The building formerly known as "Cobblers Mall" was gutted just over a year ago. Plans include a 300-seat theater and a 90-seat restaurant-bar at 1328 Morse Avenue.
