Forum49 Account Suspended

Did somebody at forum49.org forget to pay a bill? The "free public bulletin board for Chicago's 49th Ward" is no longer. It is extinct. It is gone. Click on www.forum49.org and you are switched to http://66.49.160.94/suspend/site151.html?t=84, where you see an ominous "Account Suspended" in bold type. This happened another time, too, a few months ago, and then forum49 made a reappearance. But, alas, they are gone once again. For good? Or will the phoenix do a repeat performance?
