The Bench Begins Second Year of Blogging

Alderman Joe Moore has sent his congratulations to the entire staff of The Bench, and wishes us all the best of luck as we begin our second year. (Well, okay, Moore didn't congratulate The Bench. But he should, after all we've done for him.)
