Chicago Unable to Maintain Park Land Properly

Hey, International Olympics Committee, are you sure you want to put the next Olympics in a city that can't even maintain a walkway-bike path in one of it's most beautiful parks?

There are many holes in Loyola Park, located on Lake Michigan in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. The holes have been there for years now. The Chicago Park District has measured their growth every spring for several years, and 49th Ward Alderman Joe Moore is aware of them, too. Why can't the City of Chicago, the city that used to work, patch up a few lousy potholes?
