An Incredible Sunset

An incredible sunset last Thursday, July 12, seen from Loyola University in Rogers Park. The cloud was low over Lake Michigan, catching the evening sun. A thick column of heavy rain fell from the center, and a vertical rainbow could be seen at the left of the dark column. It was beautiful, and the photo does not do it justice. I hope you saw it, too.
