Joe Moore is a "Liar" - Westgard

Former Ginderske supporter cum Moore sycophant Thomas Westgard called Moore a liar. What Joe Moore Does in the 49th Ward Joe Moore distributed a flyer calling Jim Ginderske a "liar" for saying that half-pints, malt liquor, and single cans of beer are being sold at a liquor store on Clark Street, where Joe had an agreement not to sell these items.
