No Justice In Mexico (with video)
A frightening report from Amnesty International about the cruelty that is rampant in Mexico. Part of the problem is that Mexico's constitution does not provide for the right to the presumption of innocence.
"In Mexico, the criminal justice system is gravely flawed. The country’s law and enforcement agencies and judicial system do not effectively protect people from human rights abuses, and perpetrators are rarely brought to justice.
