Alderman Joe Moore of Chicago's 49th Ward has argued that he doesn't have to be merely a "local alderman," because Chicago aldermen should be "stewards of the entire city." Evidently, he meant the City of York. No, that's not New York City over on the east coast of the USA, that's York, England.
