FLASH: POLICE KILL SUSPECT 1 IN BOSTON MARATHON BOMBING, SUSPECT 2 STILL LOOSE - MIT SHOOTING CONNECTION

April 19, 2013 - 3:30 AM ET - "Suspect One" in the Boston Marathon bombing has reportedly been killed by police in an ongoing battle in Watertown, just outside of Boston. WCVB Boston is now reporting absolutely that the pitched battle IS CONNECTED to the Boston Marathon bombs. Suspect Number 2, the one with the white baseball cap, is reportedly still at large.

At 4:04 AM ET, Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis tweeted that one of the Boston Marathon suspects is dead.

One suspect dead. One at large. Armed and dangerous. White hat suspect at large.
POLICE: RESIDENTS IN THE AREA SHOULD STAY INSIDE AND NOT OPEN THEIR DOORS TO ANYBODY.  MOTORISTS SHOULD STOP FOR NOBODY.

The situation was also linked to the fatal shooting of an MIT police officer late Thursday night, sources told NewsCenter 5.  DEVELOPING...
