The lunatics will be out on April 15, 2010. No, Mister and Mizz Liberal Amerika, I am not referring to the Tea Party people. Rather, I am referring to the leftist, "libertarian socialist" crazies, a.k.a. anarchists, who are calling for the disruption of the nationwide Tax Day Tea Party. March 30, 2010 - IF A MEMBER OF CONGRESS RECEIVED A DEATH THREAT, a real death threat, and somebody was actually arrested for it, wouldn't you expect to see that story at the top of the nightly newscasts, or on the front page of every daily newspaper in the country? On Saturday, Norman Leboon was arrested for making such threats. Leboon is a self-desribed Muslim who supported Comrade Barack Obama in 2008. He calls himself "The Nemesis of America; This Shia Muslim Norman LeBoon Sr." Why is the MSM not reporting that?  Here's a video of Leboon explaining how he became a Shia Muslim in 1998:

A March 29 statement by the FBI said that "a two-count complaint and warrant was filed charging Norman Leboon with threatening to kill United States Congressman Eric Cantor and his family, and threatening to kill Congressman Eric Cantor, who is an official of the United States." (Hear the outrage from liberals? Me neither.) The FBI statement also said that "in or about late March, 2010, Leboon created and then transmitted a YouTube video to Google over the Internet, in which he threatened to kill Congressman Cantor and his family. No harm came to the Congressman or his family as a result of Leboon’s threats."

In that FBI statement, United States Attorney Michael L. Levy said, “The Department of Justice takes threats against government officials seriously, especially threats to kill or injure others. Whether the reason for the threat is personal or political, threats are not protected by the First Amendment and are crimes.”

Leboon's videos were posted on YouTube. His channel, "shiamuslimcantbestop." That account has been suspended and his videos were removed. However, you can still view some of his videos (as of 3:30 PM CDT, 3/30/10) at metacafe.com. 

Suppose Eric Cantor was a Black Democrat. Would we then be hearing screams of horror about the death threats against him? Of course we would. The Left would go into finger pointing spasms about the violent tendencies of The Right. But Cantor is (a) Jewish, (b) White, and (c) Republican. To the Left, that disqualifies Cantor for any of their sympathy. The liberals mocked the Republican claims of threats. Nevermind that there have been no arrests connected with any of the Democrat "threats," nevermind that the fact that Cantor is Jewish might also make Leboon's threat a "hate crime."

Of course, the MSM does not want to acknowledge that the only substantiated death threat against a member of Congress is not a right-winger. "After devoting several stories to unsubstantiated allegations of racism and spitting by Tea Party protesters last weekend," wrote Clay Waters at Media Research Center, "the New York Times almost ignored an actual death threat made against a top Republican, Rep. Eric Cantor of Virginia, the No. 2 Republican in the House, that resulted in the first actual arrest since the alleged wave of threats against politicians began."

The liberals are still whining, however, about imagined, fabricated and false accusations of Tea Partiers shouting "n----r!" and spitting on Democrat members of Congress as they climbed the steps to the Capitol two Sundays ago to cast their votes in favor of nationalizing health care and throwing the nation into the septic tank of socialism.

With all the tales in the Old Media of the supposed violence committed by Tea Partiers going on since Obama's takeover of our nation's healthcare system, I thought it might be instructive to recall how hate-filled the unhinged left is in America today. A year ago, the good folks at Zomblog assembled a great series of photos showing the mental derangement exhibited by the human detritus at those once ubiquitous anti-war rallies that the distempered left hosted so often between the years 2003 and 2009… you know, those anti-war rallies that totally disappeared after Obama took office even as the wars rage on? Yeah, THOSE anti-war rallies.

In any case, if the left and the Old Media want to pretend that Tea Partiers are nothing but filled with hate, perhaps they should get a look at some of these photos? Of course, the fact is, none of this "violence" has been tracked to anyone in the Tea Party movement… but let's not let facts get in the way of the Old Media's good stories, eh?

As self-interested Congressmen try to fool the public into thinking that Tea Partiers yelled the "N" word at them, even as not one shred of proof exists that it ever happened, let's be reminded of what real hatred looks like…

March 27, 2010 - Earth Hour starts everywhere at 8:30 PM local time today. Turn ON all of your lights, electrical appliances and devices. It will make rival species jealous of our technological prowess. I plan to turn on all the lights, throw a load of wash into the washing machine, play a game on my (plugged in) laptop, boil water just to heat it up, and flush the toilet several times.

Earth Hour is already a great success in North Korea, according to WattsUpWithThat, where the national government seems intent on stretching "Earth Hour" into "Earth Millennium."

March 27, 2010 (Reuters) - South Korea on Saturday [March 27] all but ruled out the chance that North Korea was involved in the sinking of one of its navy vessels near their disputed border.... "Given the investigations by government ministries so far, it is the government's judgment that the incident was not caused by North Korea, although the reason for the accident has not been determined yet," a senior government official was quoted as saying by Yonhap news agency. March 26, 2010 - In spite of its reluctant Attorney General, the State of Illinois just might resist ObamaCare after all. On Thursday night, March 25, Illinois became the 40th state to introduce legislation to allow its residents to “opt-out” of the Democrats’ job-killing government takeover of health care.

The bill, HB 6842, “[p]rovides that no resident of the State…shall be required to obtain or maintain a policy of individual insurance” and “[p]rovides that no provision of the Act shall render a resident of this State liable for any penalty, assessment, fee, or fine as a result of his failure to procure or obtain health insurance coverage.” Source

The American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) noted in a press release that "Illinois became the 40th state where legislators have introduced, or will introduce, legislation modeled after the American Legislative Exchange Council’s (ALEC) Freedom of Choice in Health Care Act. Illinois House Bill 6842 prohibits a requirement to purchase health insurance and would provide the state with protection in a constitutional challenge of the federal health reform bill."

It should come as no surprise to anyone that the driving force behind HB 6842 is - surprise! - a Republican. Even as Illinois' Attorney General Lisa Madigan (a Democrat) was saying that she would not join 13 other states' AGs in challenging "ObamaCare," State Rep Bill Mitchell (R-Decatur) introduced HB 6842 to essentially accomplish some of the same goals. Mitchell's HB 6842 is, as reported by Illinois Review, "patterned after Virginia's law undermining the federal mandate requiring individuals to buy health insurance. HB 6842 removes the requirement in Illinois, and cancels any penalties associated with the federal mandate for health insurance."

Illinois is in serious financial meltdown. Governor Quinn has been weak and indecisive about how to deal with the mess. The federally mandated, nationalized healthcare that was voted on earlier this week will certainly affect every states' budgets, and profoundly, but it is too early to know just how. Illinois Democrats who have not spoken out in favor of challenging ObamaCare seem happy to play a kind of Russian roulette with the state's already-injured economy. Keep your fingers crossed that the Republicans in Springfield can guide HB 6842 through to passage.

Get ready for more headlines like this one, from the Los Angeles Times: "States fighting healthcare law don't have precedent on their side‎." It's meant to discourage the challengers of ObamaCare, but fails to take into account a simple fact: A precedent is set when something happens for the first time. There is, as the saying goes, a first time for everything. After all, where was the precedent for a Marxist-Leninist takeover of one sixth of the U.S. economy?

News is all over the country that the often criminal group the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) is dead, folding its tent, kaput. All this is because, as Politico puts it, of a "conservative assault that never prompted any prosecutions."

But let us not get our hopes up that ACORN is defeated. It isn't. In fact, most of the groups that huddled under ACORN's left-wing are just changing their names and moving on with all the same people involved as if nothing ever happened. And this isn't anything new. The fact is, ACORN activists have always hid behind dozens of false front organizations and corporate identities to disguise their criminal network.

In California, for instance, one of the ACORN affiliates is changing its name to “Californians for Community Empowerment” and one of the New York offices will now be known as “New York Communities for Change.” But all the same people that ran these former ACORN offices in these states are still there, no change has been made but the name.

We also saw the shady groups connected with ACORN but not named ACORN just last year during the Doug Hoffman, New York 23 arc. There an ACORN affiliate had created a fake political party in order to funnel cash to the Democrat running in that race. One of the organizations hip-deep in that election was a political group called the Working Families Party. Of course, the WFP is more-or-less a front for ACORN in New York and no political party at all.

This "party" is run out of the ACORN offices at 88 Third Avenue in Brooklyn, its Co-chair is ACORN President Bertha Lewis, and one of its prime representatives is New York's ACORN leader, Steven Kest. ACORN and the Working Families Party are inextricable. The two are one and the same.

The chief duty that the WFP serves to left leaning candidates in New York is supportive. WFP offers its chosen candidates campaign services such as door-to-door canvassing, phone banks, envelope stuffing and other necessary but expensive and time consuming services. WFP also low-balls the costs of these services to its preferred candidates. It so undercuts the costs of these services that it effectively eliminates any other political service operations from being able to compete.

In one instance, Democrat candidate Bill de Blasio who ran for a Councilman's seat in Brooklyn using WFPs Data Field services, got a great boost from WFP. These services might have cost $40,000 from a for-profit political service but de Blasio only paid $5,000 for WFPs services.

Critics say that WFPs low cost services place their supported candidates at an unfair advantage to all other candidates that must use many thousands of dollars more of their campaign funds for support services to get elected. WFP, in essence, is donating its services as opposed to charging for them.

Naturally, the only sort of candidates that are lucky enough to receive WFPs services are the sort that promise fealty to ACORN and the extreme left agenda.

In other words, WFP is neither a real political party, nor a proper business but is rather an activist organization out to undermine the political system in New York. It is a pattern that ACORN would love to repeat in various forms all across the country and one of the ways they do so is to co-opt politicians with cheap services and huge financial support and then hide behind a corporate name that people aren't aware is connected to ACORN.

But the WFP isn't the only example of this sort of false front organization in connection with ACORN. In fact, many of ACORN's principle operatives have registered dozens and dozens of false corporations with states all across the country, all of which get money from the state in one capacity or another. Some of these false front corporations can be found on your State's Sec. of State website.

Each state has a different system, of course, and some are easier to search than others. In the state of Louisiana, for instance, one can search by a person's name. On the Louisiana site you are not limited to the name of the corporation like you are in Illinois or other states so it is a bit easier to find vendors and corporations that are approved to work with the state. On the Louisiana site I typed in the name of ACORN founder Wade Rathke to see what corporations and LLCs he had registered with the state. I also tried Dale Rathke, his embezzler brother, to see what he had registered with the state. The results are amazing.

What I found were dozens of different shell corporations registered to Wade and Dale Rathke all of which have the potential of reaping thousands of dollars from the state of Louisiana. The same thing is happening in every state of the union and it isn't just Wade and Dale doing this. ACORN employees at all levels are doing this in order to hide the fact that they are registering ACORN agencies.

March 26, 2010 - We are saddened to learn that the search for David DelCiello, missing since November, ended with the idenfication of his body, which was found on a private beach in New Buffalo, Indiana.

Chicago Breaking News reports that a "body discovered on the Lake Michigan shoreline in New Buffalo, Mich., earlier this month is that of a Chicago man reported missing in November, authorities said today. The body, found on March 16, has been confirmed to be that of David DelCiello, according to New Buffalo police, who could not confirm a cause of death but said no foul play is suspected." DelCiello's body was found on Tuesday, March 16 but remained unidentified until today. WSBT TV 22 (Mishawaka, IN) reported on March 16 that New Buffalo Police Chief Larry Pitchford "said an autopsy is being conducted .... in an attempt to determine if there were any outward signs of trauma. Police have not determined a cause of death, but are looking into the possibility that it was a drowning case from last year." Pitchford said the body was partially buried in the sand and "had likely been dead for months because of its decomposition." According to WSBT, DelCiello's body was discovered at "about 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, March 16 in the 800 block of North Drive, about a 100 yards west of the New Buffalo Yacht Club. Pitchford said the body was about 12 to 15 feet from the water’s edge.

As we reported on December 14, 2009:

David DelCiello was last heard from on Nov. 21, 2009 between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., when he phoned his father "in a panic" from his apartment at 2630 N. Hampden Court.

Family, friends and Chicago Police want your help in finding him. DelCiello is 6' 2", 140 pounds, brown eyes and hair, and "fair complexion." (Note that the correct spelling of his last name is "DelCiello," no space with a capital "C".)

According to a post on the Nancy Grace blog at CNN, "Dave was last seen Nov. 20, by his father, when he boarded a city CTA bus to head home between 10 am and 11 am. He was last heard from in the early morning hours of Nov. 21, around 4 a.m., when he called his parents in a panic, worried that someone was going to break in and take the belongings in his apartment." A mutual friend named Michael phoned me on the evening of Dec. 14 to alert me about David DelCiello's disappearance, and he gave me some information that does not seem to be anywhere else. Michael, who I've know for four years, grew up with David DelCiello. "I've known him pretty much all of my life," Michael told me. He said that the last time he spoke with David was on Nov. 7 and "he seemed okay." The last time he heard from David was on Nov. 20, when David left him a voicemail. "He sounded normal then, too," Michael said, "I didn't have a chance to return his call before he disappeared."

According to Michael, David DelCiello's medications were left in his apartment. This is possibly very important since one just doesn't take off without taking their important meds with them. In addition, Michael reports that David lost his wallet the day before he disappeared. This is important too. If (hypothetically) David DelCiello is wandering around with amnesia, or might now be an unconscious "John Doe" in a hospital, nobody coming in contact with him would know his name or how to contact his family.

David had been living in an apartment located behind a recording studio that he owned until July, 2009. Three Pear Studio, Inc., located at 5219 North Clark Street (just north of W. Foster Avenue) went out of business in July, 2009. After the studio closed, David moved to an apartment in Lincoln Park at 2630 N. Hampden Court. That's where he was last seen, on Nov. 21, 2009.
