Next to a CTA bus stop, this unsightly pile is a hazard to elderly and handicapped folks, and even able bodied people have to navigate around it.Today the pile was even more hazardous, as a Chicago Department of Water Management (CDWM) access hole sat open for most of the day.
Did anybody tamper with the meter inside the hole? A blind person could have been seriously injured had they stepped in this hole?Does 49th Ward Alderman Joe Moore give a rat's ass about any of this? Demonstrably, "No!"
